A common question asked by many members of the public, when processing an injury claim is, if they can still claim even though the injury was partly their fault?

I was having the same issue as Tracey, not sure which soliciotrs firm to go with. Haven’t heard of McKeowns, Fentons or the others you mentioned. It is for a personal injury claim though. Might have to look into those companies.
I’ll take in mind what you said as well Michael

Hi,
Unfortunately I don’t have an answer to this question, I am here because I need help too. I was involved in an accident in January, injured my back and was in pain for 1 month. I want to make a claim and I need the help of an injury solicitor. I researched a bit and came across some legal firms: McKeowns Solicitors, Fentons Solicitors, National Accidents Helpline. Somebody has recommended me Donns Solicitors as well. Has anyone out there had any experience with these companies?
Thanks.
